LAKE EUCUMBENE FLY FISHING
Fly fishing has had it’s ups and downs lately but after all the rain last Friday things are starting to look up good reports from Seven gates, Braemer Bay, Rushes Bay.
Best place has been Seven gates with some good fish coming out of there two woolly buggers are the go from about 3pm into the dark.
Though the day Mrs Simpsons double are working well and Nymphs
Over at Braemer Bay again woolly bugger are working well and woolly worms, from about 6pm muddlers and Mrs Simpsons
Rushes Bay Nymphs, Woolly Buggers and Muddlers work the flies slow
Overall the fly fishing has picked up and should get better more rain is forecasted
Best areas to target are all the gully’s areas

LAKE JINDABYNE FLY FISHING
Fly fishing on this lake can be hard at times but if you fish at the right times you will be rewarded
Fish early mornings or late in the afternoons larger flies are the key Woolly Buggers, Mrs Simpsons, Woolly Worms target the large bays with plenty of grass move the flies slow and get them down.
Good tip target the mouth we have had plenty of rain and the river is running well!!

JINDABYNE RIVERS
All rivers are starting to fish well Thredbo River, Snowy River above the dam and below the dam and don’t forget about the Mowamba river all waters are running well and clear.

MONARO RIVERS
Well the Monaro is back on track all rivers had some good rain and running well remember the Monaro can be challenging but rewarding worth a look.

EUCUMBENE LAKE TROLLING AND SPIN
Eucumbene trolling has been a little slow but things are starting to change the lake has been steady for a few weeks now and the weather at night is getting cooler, Mudeye’s are starting to appear so things are looking good
Over at seven gates trolling Tassie devils and large Mapso Spinners are working well.
Buckenderra, Large plastics and Tassie devils, Large Mapso Spinners out in the deeper waters early and late.
Braemer Bay, Raparla 9 Spotted Dog, Plastics, Tassie Devils 20g, 13.5g and 26g are all working well but in the deeper cooler waters, Early mornings and late afternoons.
