Well winter is about done and the season is about to open for all rivers. Here's a look at what's been happening over the winter in the lake.

130 broodstock rainbows up to 10lb have been stocked into Jindabyne so stop into the alpine angler to stock up and for information.
Bait: Power baits sherbet and rainbow twist have been producing resident browns and brood stock rainbows.
Lures: Bullet lures in the rainbow trout parr and spawning brown trout have been picking up resident browns and brood stock rainbows. Tassies in the tinkerbell and watermelon pearl have been producing resident browns brood stock rainbows and the odd salmon are still showing up.
Flys: natural wooly buggers in black, brown, white and not so natural hot headed buggers and nymphs have been producing resident browns brood stock rainbows and the odd salmon are still showing up.
The fishing in snowy mountain lakes have been awesome so come on up and wet a line.
