HEADLINES

We are getting a lot of feed back from the Seven Gates area about fires and rubbish left all over the place.  Please be mindful to take your rubbish with you and clean up after yourself.  Please be sure to carry your PFD & fishing licences as NSW Maritimes are out. Nsw fisheries inspectors are working the Snowy Mountains area during the peak holiday season. So remember if you do not have a current fishing licence and on your person you will be fined. So for the sake of 5 minutes do yourself a favour.

TROLLING EUCUMBENE..

Things are starting to look a lot better at Eucumbene with more rainbows about. Over at frying pan arm good reports off rainbows and browns taking tassie devils and minnow lures about 30 meters from shore.
With all the rain last week Buckenderra has picked up with some good reports off rainbows around 3lb or more taking Tassies and minnows but again about 30 meters out.
Over at seven gates has been a little quite but out in the deeper waters there has been good results again with the tassies.
Getting up higher around yens and Adaminaby things have been a little quiet but the reports have been good if you manage to hook up it's a good fish browns or rainbows best lure has been, Gillies Nat vibrations, Rebel crick hoppers, Koolie minnows.
Over all thing have been good the weather has been great and the rain has done its job the lake is rising and the fishing is good.
Other places are fishing well are Braemar bay and down towards Buckenderra overall tassies are the pick off all lures.

Most lures are working well!!!

TROLLING TANTANGARA
Trolling has been really good with good reports coming in from top to bottom good reports off rainbows and browns with the lake still rising thing should be good for sometime yet.
Again Tassies and crick hoppers have been the lures to use.
To me it’s worth a look with the weather being so good this is a good time to get up there but remember this time off year things can change quickly so watch the weather patterns and take care.

TROLLING JINDABYNE
Well Jindy has been fishing well the rainbows are great and the browns are in good condition as well with all this good weather who needs the snow bring the boat up get on the lake and just sit back and relax and wait for that stike!!!
Most fishers are trolling up around Kalkite and over at waste point and over at Kalkite west with good results.
Most trolling is done about 20 to 30 meters out from shore using tassies and minnows but at the moment i think they would take anything try using the Nat Vibrations lures.
Try not to go fast why you're trolling just at a nice speed walking pace do not be scared to let some line out 30 to 40 meters.
Remember if it’s a good bright day move out into the deeper waters follow the fish slow it down get deeper.

Best places are Kalkite, waste point, Kalkite west, and from the Snow liner up to hatchery bay

BAIT FISHING JINDABYNE
Bait fishing has been at it’s best at Jindy with good reports coming in from most parts off the lake. Best bait is the power bait and grubs you can put them both together or just fish them separately there both fishing well.
Good reports from Kalkite, East Jindy, Hatchery bay, waste point, Jindy point, Curiosity rocks, Clay pits.
Best bait is Power Bait most colours and the Grubs are working well worms under a bubble.
